The installation was clean, everything worked perfectly, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. They clearly take pride in what they do and provide excellent customer service. This was my first experience with Freeman’s Car Stereo, and I was very pleased with the service. Tanner was knowledgeable, professional, and helped me select a stereo replacement for my older Volkswagen that met my needs. Jason, the technician, did an excellent installation and took care of replacing my backup camera as well. Everything is working well, and the entire process was straightforward and professional. I would recommend Freeman’s Car Stereo to anyone looking for quality products, knowledgeable staff, and reliable installation.

I’ve been going to Freeman Car Stereo for several years now since moving to North Carolina, and they’ve consistently done excellent work for me. Between the Cornelius and Concord locations, they’ve installed 4 stereos and 4 sets of headlights for my vehicles, and every experience has been great. Most recently, I went to the Concord location because I was having an issue with my USB connector. Robert, Jason, and Tanner took care of it quickly and professionally. They got me in and out fast, fixed the issue perfectly, and now everything works like new again. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, quality work, and fair treatment every time. It’s hard to find businesses that are consistently reliable over the years, but Freeman Car Stereo has definitely been that for me. Highly recommend.

Freeman's did an amazing job with a head unit replacement! The screen on my Subaru Outback went kaput and Robert was very helpful figuring out next steps. I had no clue what I was looking for and he provided me lots of information and options. Once I'd decided he responded quickly and got me on their schedule ASAP! I definitely recommend Freeman's!

5 Stars because that is the most allowed. I talked to them once and realized I didn’t need to shop around for a better price or product. Robert gave me several options on new front speakers for my 19 year old car and they were expertly installed in less than an hour with a warranty. No more speaker rattle!! EVERYONE there was smart, friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE! A perfect experience.
